Assisting PT Padangbara Sukses Makmur and Hasnur Group in carrying out legal due diligence on a coal mining company;
Representing PT Indonesia Coal Resources, a subsidiary company of a state-owned company PT Aneka Tambang Tbk, in acquiring several coal mining companies;
Advising Dallian Red Horse (China) in acquiring shares and interests in 2 manganese mining companies in Timor Tengah Utara and Belu regency;
Assisting and representing the Indonesian Coal Mining Association to liaise with the Government in drafting the implementing regulations of thenew mining law;
