Practice Description

  • Assist several foreign direct investments by helping to establish a new company or by acquiring an Indonesia Company through the sale and purchase of shares. Activity performed: Conducting Legal Due Diligence; Preparing and Drafting the required and necessary documents; Coordinating and appear before the notary;
  • Assist a shipping company for the sale and purchase of the Tug Boat and Barge with the total value of IDR 144 Billion. Activity performed: Drafting the sale and purchase agreement and any necessary documents required to complete the sale and purchase of all vessels. Coordinating with the notary and related government agencies; Ensure all the vessels received by the buyer by pursuing the documentation from the port authorities when the vessels arrived at the approved ports;
  • Assist a company in the matter of the termination of one of the key employees from the beginning of the process until settled;
  • Assist several expatriates for the divorce process of mixed marriages in Indonesia; and
